When we feel that we are stuck, we are full of doubts, we are uncertain, but actually often a question or an external observer is enough, since looking at ourselves objectively is not necessarily easy, so I please if you feel the same way now, don't hurt yourself. There is no shame in asking for help, in fact...

 

I attended my first official coach course in 2016 and have tried many other modalities. There are a lot of tools available, which often just don't reach us, or we don't know how to use them. Maybe you just need some reinforcement or a different perspective.
