Harmony of Embodiment is actually an energy, a space that I first connected to during a trip in Mexico.

Since then I created a fantastic body treatment with it, gained a lot of experience and feel much gratitude.

During our journey together so far, I have used it online, as an energetic treatment with touch and also in combination with massage. Each method of application has proven to be very amazing and effective.

When do I recommend it?

The majority of people struggle with some kind of unprocessed childhood trauma, which is not necessarily a tragic event.

Many times even a situation that seems ordinary to an adult can cause deep damage to the childish part of us.

As adults, these unprocessed emotions, events, and traumas can cause many problems in our relationships, in private life and also in our career.

As children, we don't just copy our parents, because that's how we learn, but we almost completely merge with them, we instinctively strive for security, so we unconsciously take on our parents' feelings, emotions, and injuries, most of the time we take them on, we want them to be happy.

In addition, as children, we often experience the fact that if we dare to exist happily, in our fullness of joy, then our environment does not accept it or at least does not look favorably on it.

Every real estate, plot of land has its own energy, "soul". However, I have experienced many times that either the energy of the previous owners or other, low-vibration energies and entities that drain the energy of the land and the house/apartment can cause the current residents and owners' lives not to be smooth, joyful and the place itself not nourishing.

How do you know that energy cleaning is recommended?

• unpleasant feeling of discomfort in the property
